1. The tournament will be held on 12th August 2025.
2. This tournament is only for select Junglee Poker players.
3. Under no circumstances will a tournament ticket be refunded, exchanged, or converted to the Wallet balance of the player.
4. Tournament tickets are non-transferable. They can only be used by the registered player for the specified tournament.
5. In case of any disputes, Junglee Poker's decision will be final and binding.
6. Persons aged 18 and above can take part in the promotion/tournament where it is legally permitted. Underage players (people below 18) are strictly prohibited from participating in our promotions, games, and tournaments.
7. Junglee Poker reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify any promotion/offer/tournament or any part thereof at its sole discretion at any time during its validity.
8. Participation in a promotion/tournament will be treated as unconditional acceptance by the participant of all the terms and conditions set out herein as well as all Junglee Poker Terms of Service.
9. Junglee Poker reserves the right to end any promotion/offer/tournament at any time without providing any notice, reason, or justification.
10. The decision of Junglee Poker with respect to all aspects of a promotion/tournament will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
11. Users accessing our gaming platform/services from Tamil Nadu are prohibited from performing any actions involving money, including but not limited to playing cash games and tournaments and making cash deposits/withdrawals, on our platform between 12 a.m. and 5 a.m. every day.
12. If a player wins multiple tickets to the same event from multiple tournaments, the player will still be eligible to join the event with only 1 ticket. No refund or any other benefit will be provided for the additional tickets won by the player.
13. Winners must provide video testimonials & photographs to receive their prize package. If a winner refuses to provide the testimonial, Junglee Poker may withhold the prize and award it to the next eligible player.

Royal Enfield motorcycle

• Junglee Poker will only be liable to pay the specified Royal Enfield motorcycle model's ex-showroom price. The motorcycle model is subject to change depending on its availability in the winner's state.
• In case the specified motorcycle model is not available, a motorcycle of a similar category and value will be given as the prize.
• As a motorcycle may have different showroom prices in different states, Junglee Poker has considered the New Delhi ex-showroom price of the motorcycle, which is ₹1,76,625 approximately. The winner will have to bear any differential amount on the same model in his/her state.
• If the offered prize/item is not available because of any unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, Junglee Poker reserves the right to pay the said price of the item to the winner, exclusive of GST.
• The income tax called TDS (tax deducted at source), road tax, and insurance tax will be deducted against the value of the motorcycle as per the tax rules, which will have to be borne by the winner.
• The color of the vehicle is subject to availability.
• The winner will need to take care of RTO formalities on his/her own.
• The motorcycle will be delivered after the completion of the tournament, subject to the availability of the motorcycle in the winner’s city/location.
